My absolute favourite thing.
Helping you sharpen an existing idea and turning it into something exciting.
Helping you develop bold new unscripted and digital ideas, either completely from scratch or built around existing IP.
Assessing your slate when you need a fresh pair of eyes, and working out how a few smart tweaks could make it stronger.
I’m a seventh generation farm-boy turned creative producer. My background is in television, where I’ve spent my career developing bold unscripted format ideas.
I’m best known for my development work in risky Channel 4-style social experiments, but I’ve also worked across a much wider range of unscripted genres, from reality competitions to documentaries. I’m now starting to bring that experience into digital projects too.
I pride myself on coming up with timely format ideas that grab an audience’s attention, then building in the jeopardy, tension and consequence that keeps them watching.
If you’re working on a project with similar ambitions, give me a yell. I’d love to help!
If there’s a format, slate or idea you want to sharpen, or an idea you’ve been mulling over but can’t quite crack, please do get in touch!
